- Shimmer Markers work best on white paper (especially on heavy paper), but DoodleDazzles customers enjoy experimenting with different surfaces (glass, rocks, fabric, etc.).
- The ink may bleed through the paper, so it's best to place an additional layer behind what you want to doodle on. The Shimmer Markers are permanent.
